I was fortunate enough to join Jacqueline and Nabila from the COVID-19 on Toast podcast for a very special chat about business and marketing in response to the pandemic and what that means for millenials in particular.
I was honoured to speak to the dynamic duo as one of their first guests on what is shaping up to be a fun and educational podcast! We somehow managed to cram as much information and inspiration as we could into just 23 minutes, so you should listen just to witness this feat alone if not for the lols.
“Whether the world’s dish best served cold, or a new a la carte menu, COVID-19 is killing the appetite – and mojo – of a lot of millennials. While there’s no sugar coating the reality of what’s happening right now, and that we have absolutely no room for dessert, there is one thing that won’t change: brunch. Whether you’re a smashed avocado, poached eggs on toast or croissant type of person, why not add a little flavour and join your hosts Jacqueline (@jacquelinecripps) and Nabila (@noble.bones) for some isolation inspiration.”COVID-19 on Toast
There’s so much going on at the moment and I think projects like COVID-19 on Toast are incredibly important for us to share our knowledge and hear the experiences of others in this crazy time we find ourselves in.
If not for the knowledge and empowerment then at least listen so you can #relate to the chaos, confusion and calamities that are becoming common in a post-corona world.
If you’re thinking of starting a new project or learning new skills, now is the time to do it. The game has been changed. The cheese has been moved. The deck has been shuffled, you have a new hand dealt.
Check it out and feel free to share your thoughts. There was so much we couldn’t cover due to time constraints so share your insights and keep the conversation going!
